The juror for the 26th Annual VWS
Exhibition was Carole Barnes, A.W.S., N.W.S. Carole
has a degree with honors in Art Education from Penn
State University. She has received over 40 awards
in national shows and has served as juror for both
the American Watercolor Society and National Watercolor
Society.
Carole served as AWS Awards Juror in 2002. She was chosen Acrylic Teacher of the Year by American Artist Magazine.
Carole will teach a creative watermedia workshop from May 2-6, prior to the opening of the exhibit. Her experience and enthusiasm
allow everyone to enjoy the strength, transparency, and flexibility of watermedia.
