Artist's Statement:
I have always enjoyed creating art ~ on canvas, as a floral designer, and for the past ten years as a muralist. In 1997 I began studying watercolor under Ann Murphy Armstrong. I have also taken classes from Ann Bigoney and workshops from Judi Betts, Betsy Dilliard Stroud and Steve Rogers. I paint subjects that inspire me, primarily landscapes. My goal is to bring life to scenes that might otherwise go unnoticed. I am an active member of This Century Art Gallery in Williamsburg.
